How do I place an order?
See an item you like? Click ADD TO CART to save it in your online basket. Then choose to CHECK OUT or CONTINUE SHOPPING (but don’t take too much time – our limited stock can run out fast!).
Before checkout, you can review your cart and
- Remove an item (click the x beside it)
- Adjust quantities (type over with a new number)
- Calculate shipping
- Add special instructions
Click the refresh arrow to update and continue to our CHECKOUT, where you can
- Apply promotional / coupon codes
- Add and adjust your delivery details
- Choose your shipping method
- Add and adjust your payment method
Now click the big red one to COMPLETE YOUR ORDER, and get back to the green.
What’s the status of my order?
Most likely already confirmed! We’ll email your order confirmation shortly after you’ve placed your order, as soon as the payment goes through. Nothing in your inbox? Check your junk or spam folders.
Can I track the shipment of my order?
Absolutely! We’ll keep you posted by emailing your tracking number as soon as we ship your order (usually within 1 business day of your order confirmation email). Simply click through to our delivery partner site to follow the progress.
How do I enter a promo code for an online purchase?
You’ll see a clear discount field at checkout. Enter your code, click APPLY and watch the dollars drop on your total amount.
Paying by PayPal? The discount field is right at the end, after you’ve gone through the whole PayPal flow. We know it’s a bit strange, but you’ll still get your full savings, promise.
What are my payment options?
You can pay for your order via PayPal or any major credit card service in the world (VISA, American Express, MasterCard).
If something is out of stock when can I order it?
All items in our collections are limited edition and high quality. If the item is out of stock there’s no guarantee we’ll restock it. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the product number so we can give you more information.
2. RETURNSHow do I return an item I bought?
We want you to love what you’ve ordered, so if that’s not the case, we’ll issue a speedy refund. Just return the item to us, in its original packaging, within 14 days. Full details on our Return Policy page.
Prefer a different style, size or color instead? Please go ahead and place a new order through our web shop.
Do I have to pay for a return?
Just for the shipping costs (one day when we’re a little bigger we’ll swallow these for you). For hassle-free peace of mind, we recommend a service that ships with a tracking number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We’re sorry… we’re just too fast! Fulfillment begins the moment your payment goes through. So once the ball is rolling, there’s no way to lay a sand trap. But you are always able to return your order once you’ve received it.

Are my personal details and credit card details safe on your website?
On our honour. Your details will never be shared with a third party, unless it's for payment or shipment to complete your order. We’ve taken serious steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorised access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format.
Are purchases on this website really tax free?
You bet. And that goes for the good people in our home state (GA) too. Our European consumers however might have to pay 21% VAT when the shipment arrives.
To which countries does Crisp Golf ship?
We currently ship out, from our US Warehouse, to the following countries:

Am I eligible for free shipping?
You definitely can be. Any order with a total value over USD 50 is eligible for free standard shipping.
