Don’t love it? Send it back! We won’t be satisfied ’til you are. Tell it to us straight so we can take your feedback on board.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

You’ve got 14 calendar days to return your order in its original condition, in the original packaging and without previously used postage labels. In return for your return, we’ll fully refund your payment. Return shipping fees are excluded from the refund, though, with exception of the (unlikely) receipt of damaged goods. In this event we’ll also take care of those costs.


IMPORTANT DETAILS

Inform us about the return by sending an email to service@crispgolf.com with your details and products that you are going to return to us. If you feel like it let us know why you don't love it. All returns must be sent using a service that provides a tracking number and insurance to cover against delays, lost packages or damage in transit. Any returns that don’t comply may be declined. We know, we know… We’re usually pretty laid-back, but we have to play hardball here to protect against fraud.

WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?

Returned items will be inspected and processed within 14 working days. We’ll contact you as soon as this process is complete. From there, it may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
